Tropical Storm Fred moves into Alabama after drenching Florida Panhandle
Aug. 16 (UPI) -- Tropical Storm Fred was moving into southeastern Alabama after dousing the Florida Panhandle Monday, bringing heavy rainfall and dangerous storm surge.
