FBI busts woman who ran fake adoption services for YEARS and scammed desperate prospective parents out of tens of thousands of dollars

Tara Lynn Lee, 37, of New Haven, Michigan, was arraigned in federal court Friday on wire fraud charges after turning herself over to the FBI following months of investigations.
